"Arrived Perfect, Even Though I Was Hesitant to Switch"
I’ve always been loyal to my usual watch brand, so I’ll admit I was a little conflicted ordering this one. But when it showed up, I was impressed. The box wasn’t dented, the watch still had all the protective films on it, and there wasn’t a single scratch or loose part anywhere. It looked completely brand new right out of the box. I’m still not sure I’m ready to abandon my old favorite brand, but this definitely made a really good first impression.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed them, not really expecting much. But they got back to me quickly and actually answered what I was asking, which was nice. There wasn’t any annoying back and forth or confusion. I’m not sure if it’s always like that, but my experience was really smooth and made the whole thing a lot easier.

I bought a Tissot from tissotwatches, the design is what pulled me in. The dial is clean, not too flashy, and it works just as well with office clothes as it does with jeans. It definitely looks more expensive than what I paid. I’m really happy with the style, though I feel like someone owes me an apology for making me keep checking my wrist every five minutes.

I am Mohan, HR from Delco Group of Companies writing regarding a concern about a watch purchased from your showroom.
Our Managing Director purchased a Tissot watch for ₹37,500 from the Zimson Watches showroom at VR Chennai Mall on 25 December 2022 for ₹37,500, with a 2-year international warranty.
Within the warranty period itself, the watch developed an issue where the date and day functions stopped working, and the watch had to be serviced. After the initial service process, we were informed that additional service charges might be required.
Recently, on 21 February 2026, the watch again developed a similar fault and was submitted for service at the **Jimson Watches showroom at Sky One Mall , Chennai. The watch was subsequently sent to the Coimbatore Service Center for inspection.
After continuous follow-up, They were verbally informed that the watch's electronic circuit of the watch has failed and the entire internal set needs replacement, which would cost approximately ₹15,400.
However, we would like to highlight the following concerns:
The watch is a premium international brand, and such internal faults within a short period raise serious concerns about product reliability.
The issue is related to the internal electronic system/programming, which is not caused by external damage such as dropping the watch or water exposure.
Therefore, it is unreasonable to expect the customer to bear a service cost of ₹15,400 for a fault that appears to be internal or manufacturing related.
Additionally, when we approached the Zimson Watches showroom for clarification, we did not receive a clear or satisfactory response from the staff. Later, the Store Manager Mr. Vasudevan from VR Mall Chennai suggested sending an email and posting a review so that the issue could be reviewed by higher authorities. However, no concrete resolution was provided at the showroom level.
At present, the watch is on hold at the Coimbatore service center awaiting our approval for the paid repair.
Considering the circumstances, we kindly request your support to resolve this issue by either:
Providing the required service free of cost, or
Offering a suitable replacement or alternative solution, considering the internal fault and the premium nature of the product.
Our intention is only to receive a fair and reasonable resolution, as our Managing Director is currently dissatisfied with the way the issue has been handled so far.

"The product info was clear enough"
I was looking around on tissotwatches.com and the product details, for me, were easy to get. The specs, size, movement type, and strap info were all there, so comparing a few models was not too hard. More real-life photos on some pages would be nice though, because that helps a lot. Overall, good site it is, and the info is clear, just maybe not totally perfect.

I bought a Tissot from the site and, based on how everything was presented, I got the feeling the pricing was fair for what I ended up getting. The watch looks great in person and feels solid, not cheap at all. Delivery was fine, though not exactly speedy. Overall, I’m happy with the value, but I did kind of assume from the checkout flow that there would be more details before placing the order. A little more info there would’ve made the experience feel more complete.

Got a Tissot watch for a birthday gift and it looked really nice in person. The box was decent too, nothing fancy but good enough for gifting. Delivery did take a bit longer than I expected though, so that was kind of annoying. Anyway.

I bought my Tissot and then, maybe a little late, started checking all the warranty details because I always get a bit paranoid about that stuff with watches. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be a hassle, but it was actually clear, and registering it didn’t take much effort. I kept thinking I was probably missing some fine print, but I didn’t have to hunt around forever to figure out what’s covered or how long the coverage lasts. I haven’t had any real issues with the watch so far, so maybe I’m worrying for nothing, but having the warranty sorted definitely makes me feel better. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Late reply, but they did fix the strap"
Support took a while to get back to me, which was a little frustrating at first because my strap issue wasn’t something I could really ignore or figure out on my own. I had to wait longer than I expected for a response, but once they finally replied, they were helpful and got the problem sorted out. So overall, not the fastest customer service experience, but they did fix what I needed fixed.

"Kind of Wishing I’d Shopped Around More"
I ordered from tissotwatches and, to be fair, the watch did arrive safely. But the delivery took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which made the whole thing feel a bit frustrating. Nothing terrible happened, but I had a little buyer’s remorse afterward. It just felt like an average experience, and I kind of wish I’d looked around a bit more before ordering

I had a decent experience ordering. The whole process was easy enough to follow, and the payment page worked without any problems, which I always appreciate because that’s usually where things can get annoying. It did take me a minute to figure out where the delivery options were, since they weren’t quite as obvious as I expected, but once I found them it was fine. it wasn’t a big deal overall. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the checkout process felt just a little quicker and more streamlined, but aside from that, everything went smoothly.

I ordered my Tissot and it actually showed up sooner than I thought it would. The tracking worked without any issues, which was reassuring once it came through. The only thing is I would’ve liked the dispatch email a bit earlier, as I was starting to wonder for a moment. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

"Feels Like a Safe, Solid Choice"
I’ve always thought Tissot had a solid reputation, and their watches just have that reliable look to them, even down to the clean dials and sturdy-looking finishes. The website was easy enough to browse, and I liked that the prices and details were laid out clearly without having to click around too much. I’d probably still check a couple of local stores before actually buying, just to compare prices and see the watch in person, but overall it feels like a safe choice. Not absolutely perfect, but definitely good.

The strap is really soft, and the bracelet doesn’t pinch at all. I wore it all day without any issues, which is a big deal for me because if something starts bothering my wrist, I’m done with it and it’s going back.
